Last Monday, Joeys went to L’Estrange park to learn about rock craft and vertical activities that they could develop in their future Scouting years. Joeys practised their moves while climbing and saw some demos of abseiling.
We also talked about wearing a helmet, the buddy system and various safety rules of vertical activities. Joeys completed their Outdoor Adventure Skill Vertical 1 badge requirements.
