Operoo
Operoo (formerly CareMonkey) is a parent-controlled, secure Electronic Health Form (EHF) for organisations with a duty of care such as Scouts. It is used by all Scout Groups in NSW. When your child is enrolled into our Group an email will be sent to you to invite you to create a profile and fill in medical and other details about the new member/s.
Permission Forms
Leaders will issue activity permission forms (formerly E1s) through Operoo, which will be sent to parents via email. Parents can easily give permission for activities through email or the Operoo app. Operoo allows leaders to quickly access medical and contact details for all Group members in case of emergency as well as making sure activity participants are covered by Scouts Australia’s insurance policy.
